  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup French onion soup the magic ingredient

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation

  2. Form the mixture into a loaf shape.
Cooking
  1. Place the meatloaf into your crockpot and pour the remaining French onion soup over the top.
  2. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for about 3-4 hours.
  3. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top to melt.
  4. Carefully remove the meatloaf, slice it, and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

You can substitute breadcrumbs with crushed crackers or oatmeal. Top with crispy fried onions for extra indulgence. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, or salad.
