Ingredients
  

For the Stuffing Balls
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs Try whole wheat for a healthy twist!
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries Sweet-tart flavor
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 large egg Binding ingredient
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing

Preparation
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until they’re fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion and garlic, cranberries, parsley, thyme, sage, egg, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well integrated.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with cranberry sauce or gravy if desired.

Notes

Feel free to prep these ahead of time and store them in the fridge. You can also experiment with ingredients like dried cherries or nuts for added crunch. Adjust quantities as needed for more or fewer servings.
