Preparation
- Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Cooking
- Add the scallops to the bowl and gently toss them in the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the scallops in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for about 6-8 minutes until they are opaque and slightly golden.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Serving
- Serve your scallops with a side of your favorite veggies or over a bed of pasta.
Notes
Keep cooked scallops warm in a low oven if cooking for a crowd. Don’t overcook as they can become rubbery. Feel free to add herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
