Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method

Preparation
  1. If you’re using frozen lobster meat, be sure it’s completely thawed. You can give it a quick chop if it’s in big chunks; you want bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
  4. Toss in the lobster meat and stir gently to coat all pieces with garlic butter for about 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the lobster, season with salt and pepper, and toss in the chopped parsley.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

If you don’t have fresh parsley, feel free to use dried—just adjust the amount. For more butter, add a little extra if desired. Shrimp or scallops can be great substitutes for lobster.
