- If you’re using frozen lobster meat, be sure it’s completely thawed. You can give it a quick chop if it’s in big chunks; you want bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Toss in the lobster meat and stir gently to coat all pieces with garlic butter for about 3-4 minutes until warmed through.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the lobster, season with salt and pepper, and toss in the chopped parsley.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
If you don’t have fresh parsley, feel free to use dried—just adjust the amount. For more butter, add a little extra if desired. Shrimp or scallops can be great substitutes for lobster.
