Ingredients
  

For the Bread Bites
  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread Good bread makes everything better
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Use unsalted for rich flavor
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Add more if you're feeling bold
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese The star of the show!
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Or a pinch of dried if needed
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the loaf of bread into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Take each piece of bread, dunk it in the garlicky mix, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spread the coated bread bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and oozing with cheesy goodness.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, preferably with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to mix in other seasonings. If you're a garlic lover, add an extra clove! These are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
