Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the loaf of bread into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, half of the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Take each piece of bread, dunk it in the garlicky mix, and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the coated bread bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and oozing with cheesy goodness.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Serving
- Serve warm, preferably with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to mix in other seasonings. If you're a garlic lover, add an extra clove! These are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated.
