Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
- Cook until the shrimp turn pink—about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can be reheated in the oven. For a quick meal, you can use precooked shrimp or make it entirely in a skillet.
