- In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter together with the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and oil. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the chopped lobster meat, stirring to coat it in the garlic mixture. Add the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Serve generously atop baguette slices or crackers, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
You can spice up the bites with a pinch of red pepper flakes. For busy evenings, prep the lobster and garlic mixture in advance.
