Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, cranberries, chopped onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized meatballs (about 1 inch). Place them on a baking sheet with space between each.
Baking
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Saucing
- In a saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce over medium heat. Allow it to simmer.
Serving
- Once baked, toss the meatballs gently in the sauce to coat and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
