Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Scatter cooked shrimp and sausage over the chips, followed by diced tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly, then add dollops of sour cream or yogurt and garnish with green onions and cilantro.
Notes
