- If using a frozen pie crust, let it thaw while prepping other ingredients.

- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, adding in any dried herbs you like.
- Layer the sautéed veggies into the pie crust, pour the egg mixture over them, and sprinkle cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake the quiche in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
