Preparation
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the milk and instant vanilla pudding mix. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until they are beautifully blended.
Layering
- In a dish or individual serving cups, start layering with graham cracker crumbs as the base.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by a layer of the pudding mix.
- Next, add a generous layer of strawberries. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
Chill and Serve
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors meld.
- Before serving, add a dollop of whipped cream on top and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Try adding chocolate chips between layers for a chocolate-strawberry-banana combo. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
