This creamy, refreshing Mango Lassi is a classic Indian drink made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, milk, and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for hot days or as a complement to spicy meals!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups ripe mango (peeled and chopped) or 1 cup mango puree

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • ½ cup milk (or water for a lighter version)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder (optional, for extra flavor)

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled lassi)

Directions:
